The Hotel service didn't start off very well. Despite having paid up front through Hotels.com - the receptionist was determined that I still needed to pay. This was despite me having the credit card statement showing the payment - and the Hotels.com receipt. Turned out.. they needed to charge the service provider.
If you are considering to use the Hotel restaurant- don't bother. The chances are they will be fully booked with their Coach visitors. And there's only options between 6-8.30 pm.
The rooms are ok at best. No form of air con - so open windows. Which with the amount of Seagull activity (or Wednesdays Bike Night)- better have some very good ear plugs.
The bathroom was tired.
Oh and forget about advertised Platinum perks.
