The hotel is cute! Right in the heart of Casey so it made walking to the nearby attractions, shops and restaurants super easy. I visited during off season so it was pretty quiet in the hotel. The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful with questions
I know this is an older hotel, but a thorough cleaning and resealing of the hardwood floors would be ideal, I felt my sock catching the wood edges, but it also dirtied up my socks after walking around one night. I also stayed in an accessible room, which was fine but the shower would soak the whole bathroom, there should be something that’s moveable to let a wheelchair user get in easy but also keep the shower from flooding the whole bathroom.
I would stay at this hotel again while passing through. The only thing I thought was weird is the kiosk you check in at. You don’t have someone at a front desk, you have a kiosk with a live agent?! I’ve stayed in many hotels and have never seen something like this.
