Every is great. Our villa view is private and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. We absolutely love the free massages :) The restaurant is underwhelming though and the booking was a bit inconvenience as it was very vague on the total number of people. All staff are very friendly and helpful! This resort is very close to the beach (it's within 3 minutes by walking from our room) which is excellent! You need to take a Taxi at the front of the hotel if you want to go anywhere. Some Theme Parks and the Safari are within 15-minutes drive from this hotel. This hotel is in the North of the island, if you want to go the the South of the island it will take you at least 45-minute drive to get there. The fare of Taxi is NOT cheap!

The staff, the villa, the beach were fantastic. Sadly the villa pool tiles & grout were very discoloured and garden dry and brown or bare in places though. But we did not pay full price though so ok. When we booked in October there seemed to be a choice of food options and prices. Now one menu, with similar price for everything. Spa treatments ok but difficult to ask questions and some not particularly therapeutic.

Our stay at Fusion resort was not as good as we expected, mostly due to the service. The staff was very nice but the service was not that of a five star resort. Before we arrived, we were asked to check in online to make the check in process smoother (we thought this was great), but when we arrived, we were asked to check in again, and the process was extraordinarily slow. We were then told to wait at the restaurant until our room was ready and once we finished eating, we waiting over 30 minutes and spoke to four people before we were able to find someone to help us check in. Every time we ordered a meal at the restaurant our drinks arrived after our appetizers. There were not many beach chairs available so we often had to wait for someone to get up before we had a chair we could use. The system of WhatsApp, plus their app was confusing and meant we spent a lot of time navigating different communications systems. I thought The spa was lovely and highly recommend it.
