Clean rooms and lovely turn down service. Breakfast was fantastic. The spa area was great as was the terrace area although this was only open on one day of our stay due to the weather. We decided to pay for a massage which was one of the best value for money treatments we have ever had. The staff were really friendly and 2:1 cocktail hour is a bonus. Would happily stay here again.

Not really a family friendly place, off season at least. Kids not allowed in indoor pool aside from 2 hr slot early morning. Breakfast ok but variety could be improved. Overall average stay. Problems included: no microwave, really warm room at some points with no solution as AC system couldn't be controlled by the staff (?), hot water got cut off multiple times in the room so couldn't shower, no locks on bathroom door, lack of hangers and hooks, and a bad toilet flush. Breakfast was decent, not too much variety and quite repetitive, but catering staff were very nice - they cooked vegetarian options if you asked. Room cleaning staff were also nice. Hotel staff in the reception weren't though.
