The hotel needs some TLC. Great indoor swimming pool area. Lots of room for swimming & room for kids to play. The man checking you out was also cleaning the rooms. The Wi-Fi didn't work most of the time. I used a different Wi-Fi.

The hotel looks like it was really nice in the past. Center area is very nice. Room needs repairs with paint hanging from the ceiling around the bathroom. The housing around the air conditioner fell off, TV remote didn’t work properly overall too expensive for the condition it’s in.

Got to the hotel and went to the door we go to and there was a group of guys there right at the entrance cooking on the grill they were there for hours and hours right at the entrance. There was no screen on the window the window opened all the way up. A guy slept in his car right outside our window all night but very uneasy and it was really creepy I was not comfortable. There is only two pillows on a king size bed spider webs the floor corners, stained towels marks on pillow cases. The microwave was black inside. It was just horrible

Only stayed here because it was the cheapest in the area and all we needed was a bed..... Really wish we hadn't. Dark. Dirty. Musty. Dilapidated. Foul. Looks like they might be "under renovation" but they should probably close and do whatever renovations they are attempting. $200 is absolutely insane. If you can, go elsewhere.

Worst stay ever

Started with….I had a second story room and the stairs were blocked to get up the stairs, they had to clear the stairs of multiple boxes. The toilet did not flush, the bathtub was disgusting and I would never had set foot in it even if I had not showered in days. But, I don’t even know if the water even worked as I did not turn it on. There was no one at the desk by 9am, just a number to call for room issues. Check-out online - I guess is the only option.

Worst place I've ever stayed in Gaylord

This place is crap, no hot wat in room for shower, heat barely works, they didn't clean off side walk, pool was ice cold, no hot tub, the hallways were freezing, & when we left the hallways smelled like propane....it was crap need alot of clean up, paint, carpets scrubbed.
