Worst accomodation ever. When I arrived I was told that I should be mistaken. I gave the lady my passport to check the reservations. She said there was no booking under my name. I showed her the screen picture I took with my cell and she said it was from that guest house indeed but that that reservation did not arrive to her. She told me to ring the agency or go to the police for help!!!! She kept on asking me silly things as the booking reference number or the time when I booked online. She was so rude and did not want to collaborate or listen at all. I told her that I could not make calls and that that was her responsability to fix things up. Only when she accepted to make the call -but she told me that I should talk to the agency, not her- she told me to seat down on a chair which, coincidentally, was in front of the computer screen. While the lady kept on making calls and checking the computer system, I could see by chance my name. The reservation was there, she never bother to check, it was the most pathetic situation. All the trouble and argueing because of such luck of professionality and manners. She tired to justify the situation as being not fluent enough in English which was so lame since her rude attitude was there from the beginning and all she had to do was so simple. She admitted afterwards she did things wrong and apologised. Offered two small bottles of water (something she did to other guests as well) and that was all. No intention to compensate in any way.
