Exterior is not impressive at all, the interior is old from 90s. Anyway the staff is fine and the room was clean and in a good shape. We actually liked the stay.

The location is right in the city centre, which is good as you can easily get anywhere, on the other hand it is a bit noisy in the night (but one can expect that in the city centre). The staff was very helpful and easygoing. The breakfast was very good (buffet). One can see the hotel is a bit aged, but it is still in a good condition. Rooms are clean, but the shower place in the bathroom is relatively small. Overall, the hotel is a good choice.

We’ve been asked to check out at 10AM, when every hotel’s check out time is 12:00. The rooms were full of insects and cockroaches. The shower holder was broken. You have to wait a long time for the elevator.

The bad point - it took over 45 minutes to check-in. Considering I had pre-booked, I was forced to join a very slow moving queue of other pre-booked people. In this modern era, this was a masterclass in how not to check people in quickly and efficiently. The good point - On arrival in the breakfast room (I am disabled so walk badly even with my walking stick), a member of your staff quickly made himself known to me and very ably fetched food and drink for me which I would have found challenging. The breakfast was good too, especially the bacon and eggs. So well-done your staff member for excellent service.

Zimmer: auf den ersten Blick alles okay, beim zweiten Blick fallen gleich mehrere Mängel auf - großes Loch im Bettbezug, Matratze Recht weich, Billigvorhang, der am Rand runterhängt, Loch in der Badezimmertür, beschädigung am Waschbecken, fehlender Klorollendeckel, Duschwanne, die nicht schnell genug abläuft, Föhn müsste ich an der Rezeption holen. Das Haus hat Ostblock-Charme, der sich auch im Frühstücksraum widerspiegelt. Alles Recht in die Jahre gekommen. Positiv: Freundliche Mitarbeitende, separater Raum hinter oller Faltschiebetür, in dem das Fahrrad abgestellt werden kann. Frühstück war okay, aber auch nichts besonderes.

Vi bokade cirka 40 minuter innan ankomst, men man hade inte fått in det i sitt system. Fick vänta i foajén. Parkeringen utanför hotellet tillhör inte hotellet, men finns garage på baksidan. När vi kom till rummet låg toasitsen på golvet (fixades temporärt när vi gick ut och åt). Golvet i duschkabinen var trasigt. Väldigt små duschhanddukar. Brännmärken och trasiga stolar. Rummet var lite slarvigt städat. Vi tyckte inte frukosten var något att hurra för.
