We had a lovely stay here, the staff were friendly, the rooms were nice and the pool was very good. What I would say was that it was amazing for the price but I would not call it 4 star and luxury. The rooms were pretty clean, but the beds were solid as rock, to the point I took the cushions off the couch and slept on those on top of the bed. They provide dribking water daily and have access to it and if you have issues the staff help but can be quite forgetful so I had to remind them a fair few times for things. The cleaners could have done a bit of a better job as we came back and our room seemed hapf cleaned at times. Overall though it was a good stay and I would definitely recommend for the price you pay.

From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and really went out their way to ensure we were happy and that our stay was comfortable. Everything was perfect! I had a great time in this hotel since I was check in at 1pm! The staffs were so kind and the breakfast was so great! When I visit Siem Reap again, I will reserve this hotel again!

Wr will definetly recommend this hotel. It was clean, very kindly staff(good english speaken), breakfast was great with multiple menu choices and great with pool to relax before exploring the city and Angor Wat. We did book tuktuk driver from the hotel, which did give a great service with plenty of cold water and cold towel after every Tempel visit. He even remembered us to eat lunch. The price was great to the hotel. It took us 25-30 min walk to Pub Street / Old Town, which was great to explorer the city.
