Lovely hotel.. out of town but in a lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars... Shuttle service excellent to beach but only a 20 mi walk so no issues.. Hotel spotless breakfast good and pool area lovely but quite small..

Great stay

Great hotel - we got an upgrade to one of the lovely villas and loved our stay there. It is very peaceful, with a nice pool and awesome views. Very friendly people who work there are accommodating and helpful. The hotel was within a walking distance (for us) to the beach. Oh - and awesome breakfast, too.

Very clean room including restrooms and balcony, all the accessories were available in fact 2 x bottles of drinking water were provided everyday. The staff were very helpful. The Mountain View was amazing also the location is great area very quiet and peaceful. The restaurants and the shops were nearby about 1-2 mins walk however it’s 20-25 mins walk to beach. Pool was clean and tidy. Free breakfast were available all though I recommend to have little bit more of the varieties on breakfast and free airport shuttle to be offered. Since it’s 45 mins drive to airport and not many people know the taxi fares. We stayed there 7 days and hired scooters for 5 days and car for last 2 days which I never had an issue with parking. Overall I highly recommend this resort it’s worth of stay.

Laundry service from third party so they need 48 hours before not 24hrs as advertised. The shuttle service for airport they have are from third party and are not convenient hours. The front desk people usually were nice but there was one morning where one the girls seemed rude and didnt want to help me when i had more questions.

We will come back!

It is a good location where is not super close to the crowed area and the beach area in town, so it is quiet and private. The hotel free shuttle bus makes a big difference that it only takes less than 5 mins to get to the beach and downtown area. And the reception people were very helpful! And the breakfast is good!

아오낭비치에서 거리가 좀 있지만 매시간 셔틀버스가 있습니다 그러나 시간 제약없이 시내 가까이 나가고 싶은신 분은 다른 숙소를 선택하시는게 좋을것 같습니다 그러나 직원들이 친절하고 조용하며 주변 경관이 예쁜 숙소를 원하시는 분에게는 이 가격에 좋은 선택이 될 수 있을것 같습니다 조식은 평범하지만 수영하다가 레스토랑에서 시켜먹은 음식 맛도 나쁘지 않았습니다

Highly recommend this resort in Krabi

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks so that I could recover from surgery. As I couldn’t get out and about, the comfort of the room was very important. Beds were super comfy, air con and wifi good. I enjoyed Netflix on the TV. My husband enjoyed the buffet breakfast each day and was able to bring a tray to the room for me. Amazing omelettes! Other meals we had at the hotel were also lovely and good value The hotel is set amongst the beautiful limestone cliffs of Krabi. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The beach is about 1 km to the beach but hotel provides a shuttle. There are many local restaurants nearby, they are a bit rough looking but the food is amazing and very cheap The highlight of our stay was the staff- they couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you for your excellent customer service and hospitality The only negative thing I have to say is that some of the outside paving is slippery after rain. I was on crutches and did notice this Also pool area was not that inviting but they seemed to be working on those improvements. More shade around the pool and some mats on the sun lounges would help Overall this is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at and highly recommend it

Hotel is good with restaurant and scenic views of hills. Greeted with cup of welcome juice. But staff does not know how to treat the tourist. And they are strict, I checked out at 12:25 PM. They started to warn me if I make another 5 mins late I need to pay fine of 300Bath. My wife asked for a glass of water while checking out they told you need to pay for water. Welcome I saw during the check in with a cup of juice was spoiled during the checkout as they were not able to give a glass of water. I would say every hotel should be able to provide a drinking water if they claim that they are clean and hygiene.

Traumhafte 8 Tage

Ein wunderbar ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit schönem Garten und tollem Pool. Check sehr schnell und professionell. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Die Villa sehr schön, nahe dem Pool gelegen. Großer Innenraum und schönes Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Alles in einem erstklassigen Zustand und sehr sehr sauber. Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge mit eigenem kleinen Teich und Wasserfall. Zimmerreinigung perfekt und erstklassig. Villa sehr ruhig gelegen. Frühstück umfangreich und tageweise neue Gerichte und Säfte. Sehr schöne Sitzgelegenheit mit Blick auf den Pool und die Berge. Garten sehr sauber, ebenso der Pool. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt wären die sehr harten Liegen ohne Auflagen und der Bereich um den Pool muss dringend saniert werden, Holz teilweise lose und Morsch. Ansonsten ein perfektes Hotel unter sehr guter Leitung.
