My only words of wisdom are: make sure you have everyone’s name staying at the Cloud listed on your reservation (and use what is listed on their passport) as getting through security to get to the Cloud was VERY particular. However the agent at the front desk at the Cloud was VERY helpful assisting with our dilemma and got the final two through security with a message sent for us. Thank you so much for your help!!

Great location. Clean rooms with all the needed amenities. Convenient to walk from room directly to the Z gates without dealing with passport control. A reminder that most terminal restaurants close at 9-9:30pm

Very helpful location to get a good night sleep prior to next flight from 14 hour overlay. I had booked through hotel.com and they gave clear instruction of check in and check out. It was nice to have a community coffee and tea. There were also a small mart with some snacks for the munchies like chocolates, pringles and cup of noodle like brand. The room was quiet and did not hear anything outside the room. The room does get dark but at the bedside there a light switch to turn off all the room light for ease and not hard to navigate in the dark to access the bathoom or sink.

The facility was nice but as it is behind the customs and security point, the logistics of baggage and so forth is very much a hassle. I was able to navigate but if I had not been planning on being to gate 2 hours early, it would not have worked out.

Everything was wonderful here! The room was immaculate with good amenities, the bed was comfortable, the controls for temperature were there, it was quiet, and the staff was lovely. I would absolutely choose this place again!

The only problem that we really had, was the information to getting there, no one knew where it was located and no one gave us any information about the hotel inside the airport.
