環境好，房開大，適合一家大細。 房間內的所有用品都很到位，有洗衣機，洗衣球，浪衫架，浪衫摺架，浪衫竹。 雖然設備不是很新，但功能很齊全，沒有任何損壞的情況。 要我講缺點的話，就是室外露台的空間，地面較為污糟，除此之外，沒有什麼可以挑剔。

大人4人子供1人で1泊滞在しました。お部屋は掲載通りで、とても広くて直ぐにくつろげました。お部屋全体と、ベッドもバスルームも清潔で良かったです。 今回は使いませんでしたが、キッチンがついていて簡単なお料理が出来ます。炊飯器もあり、長期滞在する方には便利かと思います。駐車場も無料で借りる事が出来るのも有り難かったです(台数の制限あり)｡ 一点残念だったのは、Wi-Fiが繋がらなかった事でした。問い合わせして直ぐに返信ありましたが、解決には至りませんでしたが、全体的には良い滞在でした。

大阪港駅から徒歩3分かからない場所にあります。周りにコンビニはあります。ユニバに行くのに予約しました。ユニバーサルシティ駅までは30分くらいでした。 マンションの3LDKにダブルベッド？とセミダブルベッドが各部屋にあり和室は布団が3組ありました。何泊もするならおすすめです。洗濯機と洗剤があるし、サンルーフもあるので乾きます。お値段以上だと思います。

基本的にとても気に入っているため、リピーターです。やはり少しずつ古くなってるので清掃を丁寧にお願いしたいと感じました。タオルは洗濯されてはいるのですが、髪の毛がたくさんついていて怖くて使えませんでした。 また、オートロックが上手くかからず電話をしたのですが、対応が悪く話が通じず、8階なのに下まで降りてポストを開けて自分でやれ的な感じて非常に印象が悪かった。話し方も悪く気分が悪くなった。偶然いた清掃の人が助けてくれて難を逃れることが出来たが出発が30分以上遅くなった。 ポットをT-falに変えてもらえるとさらに良い。

今回2度目の利用です。 前回がとても良かったので、次回もと思い利用させていただきました。 前回との落差がありすぎとても残念です。 まず、テレビのリモコンが壊れていたのか、電池がなかったのかテレビの操作ができなかったです。 主電源でつけることはできましたが、チャンネルは変えられず。 パッと見るとキレイでしたが、お風呂場、各部屋、髪の毛がたくさん落ちていました。 利便性はいいので次回も利用するとは思うのですが、もう少し掃除をしていただくことと設備のチェックをしていただくと利用者も気持ちがいいと思います。 次回に期待したいです。

万博後の宿泊で利用させていただきました。6人での宿泊でしたが、ゆっくりできました。宿泊前にわからない事があり、電話とお問合せフォームで一度ずつお問合せしましたが、どちらもきちんと教えて頂き、安心できました。万博で並び疲れたため、夜ご飯はコンビニで買う事にしましたが、すぐ近くにありよかったです。翌日の朝食も、すぐ近くに昭和レトロな喫茶店があり最高に良かったです。ガッツリ食べたければ、すき家もありました。駅近なので、とても便利だと思います。ユニバなど行く機会があれば、また利用したいと思います。

It was comfortable and close to the underground to the Expo. There is no reception so it is not possible to send luggage there, which is otherwise normal in Japan and makes traveling more comfortable.
