First family visit to Paris
Everything was great except for a deafening sound due to lift maintenance issue and especially disruptive when we try to sleep and it woke us up multiple times early morning when people start to use the lift. Recep during check-in was very helpful; location was awesome, walking distance to Louvre, Palais Garnier and shopping area.

This is by far the best the best hotel I have visited in any city. It is close to everything, transport is available everywhere, the rooms are great, the breakfast is great, the people working there are great. I loved it 🙂 Don't misunderstand me, it is not a luxury hotel, but there's just something about this place that makes you relax 🙂 It is a small hotell, but the rooms are actually really big. It was easy to communicate with the reception, and they were really helpful.

Nice stay close to Opéra
It s very nice small hotel located close to Opéra. It was close to few metro / train stations and very convenient to all our sighseeing in the city. We were 2 adults with a 7 year old kid and we stayed in 3 bed room. It was all alright, our only issue was probably a metro trains, which pass under the hotel and there were regular shakes of the building (to which we´re not used to).

Une chambre indigne d'un 4*
L'hôtel est peut-être bien, en général. Mais je n'ai pas pu le vérifier car on m'a mis dans une chambre qui donnait directement dans le hall. On y entendait les clients qui rentrent tard, les poubelles qui sont sorties à 4h30. Sa fenêtre donnait sur une courette qui est éclairée toute la nuit et , pas de chance, les rideaux laissaient passer la lumière. Donc il y a fait jour toute la nuit. L'hôtel 4 etoiles est peut-être bien, en général, mais quand on a une chambre comme celle là, on ne la propose pas aux clients. Moi, je n'y retournerai pas.
