Disappointent and Super Annoyed

We decided on this hotel because we wanted to bring our pet but because they didnt mention on hotels.com that only specific rooms allowed pets, we had to find other means for our pets accommodation. That literally ruined the first 2 nights of our trip. Very disappointed. They also only have 2 parking spaces so its always full it seems. Thankfully there are other parking spaces around, just double the price.

堺筋本町駅から歩いて数分と、アクセスもいいです。お部屋も清潔で喫煙可の部屋だったのにタバコ臭さが全くなくて快適でした。私が必要ないので置いていった少量のヘアスタイリング剤もわざわざ忘れ物かどうか確認のお電話を頂きました。沢山ビジホを使いますが今までこの様な対応をして頂いたことはありません。 また、食べはしなかったのですが朝食が無料で付いており、帰りしなチラ見しましたがとても美味しそうでやっぱり食べれば良かったなと後悔しました。機会があれば次は朝食も食べたいと思います。オススメのホテルです
