Victor is an exceptional host

Thank you Victor for the wonderful service. He went above and beyond (provided advice on where to eat, what to visit and really made the stay feel like home)The room was beautiful and the hotel was tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious too! I truly recommend this hotel!

The perfect place to stay

An amazing big room, with windows and balconies gust on the sea front - who needs more for the perfect stay ? Nicola and the team are great, very pleasant hospitality. The restaurant at the rooftop is an experience by itself. Fantastic breakfast with the breez coming from the blue sea in front... Ask for the Spa great options.... We recommend !

A true megical expirience

A true megical expirience at Acotika. We were updraded to the posh "Romantica" suite. A new, high standards room within the old Acre city. Meir and Nicola are great hosts. The rooftop bar has magnficent sea views and the evening drinks and breakfast were superb. Highly recommanded!

Unique set up with different rooms in the old part of Akko. However, there was no breakfast although I prepaid for breakfast, check in was in a short window of time, check out wasn’t available in the morning and the front desk wouldn’t answer the phone or text as I tried to figure out how I would make my early departure without assistance with luggage. The room wasn’t clean at all, hot water handle came off when I tried to turn on the water….and on.

The owners took a keen interest in showing the property, explaining the area and ensuring our comfort. The location is excellent for sightseeing. The accommodation itself was very comfortable and included an area for watching the town and the Mediterranean Sea.

Accueil tres sympathique et chambre luxueuse : spacieuse decoree avec gout, très bien équipée : barre de son sous la tv, fzrmetyre électrique des rideaux ... le splendide salon avec vue est partagé entre différentes chambres ce quin etait pas clair sur les photos du site. petit déjeuner délicieux et artisanal ( le carrot cake a tomber )

This is a very unique hotel! Was apprehensive at first with the area, but turned out to be the best place and area we stayed in Israel! The market is so u Kaye and interesting, people lovely and the food exclusive! The hotel breakfast was delicious!! This is a must stay and visit!

The service was excellent, as were the amenities in the room. For someone with a physical disability that makes climbing stairs difficult, the rooftop would be inaccessible. Once one reaches the roof, the generous breakfast with a view of the sea is delightful.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, die beide sehr gut ausgestattet und ideenreich eingerichtet waren.Leider war bei einem Zimmer eine Glastüre zum Eingangsbereich ohne Jalousien, sodass durchgehend das Licht einfiel. Sonst waren waren von der architektonischen Lösung. Hotelzimmer in mittelalterliche Gebäude einzubauen restlos begeistert.

Les photos sont tres differentes de la realite Nous sommes arrivee et on nous a donne une autre chambre que celle prevu... accueil aimable tout en disant que personne d’expedia les avez apeller ! Au total on nous a proposer deux chambres avec une fenetre en haut comme dans une cave... tres difficile a respirer et du bruit comme on loge delors Nous sommes partie tout de suite... Nous avons payer tres cher cette premiere esperience chez vous .... nous contons sur vous pour etre rembourse Dans l’attente de vos nouvelles Bonne journee

Perfectly located in the city of Akko, this boutique hotel makes it convenient to walk around the city and enjoy the view of the Mediterranean. I commend Victor and the owners for their amazing hospitality and the staff for their friendliness. Grest place to stay

This was one of our best hotel stays on our trip from all the staff they were great and the room was amazing it was authentic to the old city theme and we enjoyed every minute of our stay I would definitely recommend this hotel. and as for VICTOR he works the front desk he was a big help on explaining to us the history of the hotel and recommending us where to go eat with all 3 recommended places they were great Abu Adnan Pita Sweets fresh knafe starts with a K Hummus siad thank you to akotika for a great time
