Not going back.
The hotel didn't have wnough space in the car park partly due to staff. The hotel is only 2 star not 3. The manager told me this themselves. Not always hot water and housekeeping didn't happen on 2 days and had to ask reception for soap etc. No wi-fi in room and some staff not sure of what was what.
This is not a great place so I cannot understand previous reviews. As someone else said hot water isn't always available for shower.
Light on terrace is timed by hotel so goes on when it likes and off when you don't want it to. Sveti Vlas has expanded a large amount over the last 4 years and now feels like an extension of Sunny Beach. Yuk.
