Personalet var for det meste flinke. Hotel værelser var okay, men den havde mange problemer. Der var skimmelsvamp i airconditionen (som en fra personalet stærkt benægtet), bruse gardinets rør faldt omkring 3 gange, toilettet skyldede nogle gange ikke ordenligt ud, toilet brettet faldt hele tiden af og badeværelsets ventilation var dækket til med støv og alt muligt andet skidt. Ikke det værste mig og min forlovet var på, men det ikke den første hotel vi kommer i tanke om hvis vi tager til Chania igen.

I stayed at this hotel two separate times on this trip because it was so wonderful! You can see my other review where I indicate that I was there from nearly a month and felt like family.

The staff was just phenomenal! You cannot beat the location if you want to be an old Chania and to top it all off there is authentic Greek music every night! I stayed for nearly a month and really felt like family.

Great location in old town. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean room and wonderful restaurant at the hotel. Had a bit of a problem with the ac, but the girl at the hotel took it to heart to get it fixed while we went for dinner. When we came back, everything was fixed!

Hteat location and they gave me auch bigger room than what I paid for. Easy walking to the harbor and world class Pulse began restaurant. 5 minutes from the bus station as well.

You get what you pay for. Very hard to locate because no roads to get to hotel. You have to park around the area-IF you can find any parking and walk to hotel. There is free parking in a dirt hole nearby but limited unless you have a 4 wheel drive car/truck. Family owed nice people

Lovely little hotel in the middle of Old town

Nice little hotel right in the middle of everything in Chania old town. Check-in was not manned when we came to the hotel but after a few seconds we were approached by a lovely older gentleman who took care of our check-in. Room had everything except a shower holder which didn't really bother just made us be a bit more creative. All in all a good hotel and I would stay here again if I came to Chania.

The hygiene standards were absolutely not satisfactory. The beds, pillows, and bed sheets were handled and made up using the same gloves that had been used to clean the toilet and bathroom. The gloves were also covered with cleaning chemicals. Since I personally witnessed how the beds were prepared, I felt disgusted and very uncomfortable throughout my stay. The beds were very hard, and I woke up with pain throughout my body. The shampoo and soap provided were of unusually poor quality. I paid for a room with two beds, but the staff removed the pillow and bed linen from one of the beds. I also did not receive respectful treatment from the man who owns the property. Initially, he was rude and uncooperative, but eventually backed down when I challenged him. The issue concerned the price, as he wanted me to pay more than the amount I had already booked and paid for online.

Room was close to everything. Once you park you can leave it there until you leave. Very nice staff and VERY accommodating. Our ferry back from Agia Romeli was canceled due to weather and we had to spend the night there. The next ferry was the next day at 11:30am and my check out was 11am. It is an 1.5 hour ferry and a 1.5 hour drive. We called them and they were ok with us checking out 3 1/2 hours late. Over the phone i offered to pay extra and they said i didn't need to. What it was a stressful time getting stuck with no way back and no belongingswas made nice by their kindness!

Central location. However, all night there is a very noisy street, impossible to sleep. Rooms are not great, the bed is small (not possible to fit for someone 180cm), the linen smelled like cigarettes, bathroom is tiny, shower head is not connected to the wall and no warm water in the morning. The towels were not changed over 5 days, except when we found a wet towel on the floor after and asked them to change it. Worst was the customer service - there was none. We were shown our room, provided no info about the wifi or available terrace. We were offered a larger room and then they said not possible and to check the next morning, while no on was there in the mornings. And overall just unfriendly. Recommend for the owner to be more pleasant and invest in basics like a clean and working shower and windows with better isolation.

*si vous hésitez entre deux hôtel je vous conseille de prendre l’autre* - l’endroit est sale - l’arnaque : on descend en bas le premier matin pour se prendre du café (il y a un restaurant en bas appartenant au propriétaire et aucun café dans la chambre) on souhaitait payer mais il nous laisse partir avec les cafés (minuscule) donc on se dit que c’est gratuit (parce que TOUT les hôtel ici nous on fournit au minimum le café) on retourne en chercher à chaque matin et à la fin il nous dit c’est 4,50 euro par café (au starbuck pas loin c’est même pas ce prix là, les gyros sont moins cher) - la chambre de bain : minuscule tu peux te brosser les dents dans l’évier en prenant ta douche + elle s’inonde littéralement à chaque douche + sale + la toilette floche pas complètement + L’EAU CHAUDE SEULEMENT POUR UNE DOUCHE PAR JOUR sans exception FAUT ALTERNER ENTRE NOUS + la paume de douche ne s’accroche pas. - Les lits : complètement inconfortable c’est incroyable pire qu’en camping L’emplacement est bien, il y a du bruit jusqu’au petites heures du matin mais on a réussi à dormir quand même c’est pas si mal pour ça.

La localización es muy conveniente, justo en el casco antiguo, donde está lo turístico más importante, a distancia caminable de la estación de autobuses. El aseo del cuarto solo lo hicieron un día de los 3 que estuvimos y no limpiaron el baño que es justo lo que estaba peor, solo tendieron la cama, la regadera se salía y la taza del baño como que tenía una pequeña fuga y todo el tiempo descargaba agua. Tenía una hoja de la ventana desvencijada, mobiliario viejo y defectuoso.

Vi läste en del recensioner innan vi bokade och dom var väldigt blandade så vi tänkte "hur illa kan det vara?". Svaret: värre än vi kunde föreställa oss! Hotellet ligger på en fantastisk smal gata mitt i gamla stan. Men det visade sig vara det enda positiva. Standarden på inredningen var ett skämt. Sängarna var så slitna att dom blev platta av minsta tyngd direkt. Allt var gammalt och otroligt slitet vilket gjorde att det kändes obehagligt att ens sova. Saker var trasiga och hängde löst, spikar och skruvar stack ut från möblerna och elektroniken i rummet kändes osäker då den fungerade sporadiskt. Kranen i badrummet var trasig och lossnade flera gånger vilket gjorde att allt i badrummet blev blött gång på gång. Städningen var också under all möjlig kritik. Varenda handtag, dörr och lampknapp var kladdigt, kylskåpet var kladdigt både på in och utsidan, disken var smutsig, väggar och golv i badrummet var täckt av gammalt hår, insekter och mögel, sängarna var fläckiga och varken kuddar eller filtar har nog aldrig blivit tvättade. Servicen var först bra, men det vände när vi kom tillbaka till en vidöppen dörr efter en hel dag på stranden. När vi tog upp det med personalen sa dom bara "vi ska tänka på det" och de krävde oss på 10€ vid utcheckning för säkerhetsskåpet vi använt, vilket nog är enda anledningen till att vi inte blev bestulna på något. När vi inte ville betala detta blev de hotfulla och sa "ni lämnar inte för ens ni har betalt". Vi betalade och sprang därifrån.

Läget var perfekt men skicket på rummet var under all kritik. Elen gick av och på, det blev stopp i rör och vatten över hela golvet, papperskorg för toalettpapper tömdes inte och toalettpapper tog slut. I badrummet hängde handdukshållaren lös och rasade ned under vistelsen.
