One of the nicest hotels in the area with good location. Need a hair dryer in the rooms. Had its own restaurant beach club. The beach entrance is rocky. Nicer beaches further down the malacon. I would stay here again

We had a good stay at the Aquastar hotel. However, the water coming out of the tap of the Jacuzzi (the main reason for chosing the hotel) obviously comes out of the sea more or less uncleaned and therefore was brownish and smelled like seaweed making it uncomfortable to use. Also the beach was full of seaweed and smelled accordingly. While the natural phenomenon is of course not the hotel's fault, not cleaning the site (as opposed to other parts of the beautiful beach) is. The hotel and room themselves have been clean and the staff superfriendly. Nicer beach areas are easily walkable.

The hotel is in a good location. Aquastar is lacking securable bathroom sliding door locks, no mini refrigerator in a room that has a private mini pool, only 2 bathroom towels, hard mattress, no bed blanket, no bathroom a/c or fan, no shampoo, soap or hair dryer, very basic main door lock without deadbolt, private and main pool tiles coming off floors/walls, no shower curtain. I realize this hotel isnt the Ritz but it lacks in every way other than its nightly price.

Nice property but the water in the pool was green and not inviting. The beach in front of the property was full of sargassum . The hotel did not clean it . Also strangely there was no electric plug in the bathroom which made blow drying hair a « tour de force »!

Had to pay doble due to a usual problem it’s been happening with your web site, I had schedule in the web to check in 7/28/23 to my surprise when I got confirmation it said 7/27/23, I called the hotel their numbers disconnected, I called expedia and they couldn’t get in touch so I was stocked paying twice, same thing for an airline ticket, you all need to fix your stuff

The room had a king bed with one sheet provided. We asked for a blanket & the staff, without question, provided one. The air conditioner leaked into the adjoining bathroom. Staff looked at it. Our sliding glass, patio door lock was broken. The lock was replaced immediately. The property description claimed it was renovated in 2018. I really don’t think so - at least not the room I checked into. The room in & of itself could’ve easily been an excellent stay. The room was nice and big. It had an attached personal pool from the bathroom wooden sliding doors. The pool was crystal clean & was a terrific respite from the beach. Every piece of furniture it that room needed an overall, including the drapery. I really loved the property but just wish it was better taken care of. Music was played loudly from a speaker system beginning in the morning with mellow tunes. Afterward, party music began in the afternoon until 10:30 pm.The restaurant was excellent. Food was delicious, there was quite a good selection, & the restaurant staff was gracious & caring.
