Ok first, bad things.
Booked the room via Expedia, about 1 month before arriving, paid in full. Specially requested a 2nd floor room on booking time, called the hotel reservation executive personally and reminded about my request, about the top floor room nearly 1 month before. Informed the hotel via FB chat about 1 week before about the top floor room. But on arrival, they have given all the 1st and 2nd floor rooms, only got a ground floor room. With all the noise in the restaurant and music and shouting and whatnot. The noise went up to 11.20pm. please don't reserve a ground floor room unless you can bear the severe noise.
Nobody helped us with the baggages. I have to carry each and every bag from the vehicle to the room.
Ordered dinner to dine in room, but took more than one hour to arrive. Yes, more than one hour. Had to remind them 3 times regarding the order.
Breakfast was a small fruit plate, bread and butter and a glass of cordial. That's all. No bed tea nor tea served at the breakfast.

Room was comfy and clean. Dinner was tasty.
