We had a fantastic time in this hotel in April. Lovely private beach and great room with balcony. Most of all the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Francesca in particular helped sort all of our trips and queries before and during our stay. It is about 30 minutes from Sorrento centre and much quieter which we like, but transport links are excellent and very cheap. The hotel even provided some lifts for free. Highly recommend it and will likely return ourselves in busier season.

It was a nice hotel but staff weee rude and unhelpful apart from Anna on reception who was great at organising us a taxi. The rooms are nice however the air conditioning didn’t work properly and there was zero sound proofing. We could hear the man next door snoring through the wall.

Everyone from this facility was very nice and helpful. From suggestions where to go and how to get there . The Bus to the train station or Sorrento was literally a 3 min walk. Everything we ate was fresh and delicious The free breakfast buffet was also fabulous with an option of a made to order omelette or eggs . The location was stunning over looking the ocean with a private beach. Free shuttle to the train station and Sorrento where as everyone else charges a fee. Very safe area. Definitely recommend

Honestly, when I say they go above and beyond it’s a service like nothing I’ve experienced in my life. The staff was soo attentive with our needs and questions, they help with transportation taking us to the train station for all our transfers for the excursions. The hotel was clean, the food was great and the beach was fenomenal after a day of walking go the the beach was the best, they closed at 7 but the beach next door is open til late. Amazing reception service and very comfortable

Amazing service from the receptionists - never experienced such attention, even before we arrived. Hotel was great, located on the sea front in a very calm area. The only negative side is that they seemed to cater for some coach groups which made the breakfast room and restaurant feel more like a cafeteria rather than a high quality cosy place. However, not very far away, less than a 10 minute walk were the most amazing restaurants on the edge of the beach.
