We experienced several issues during our stay that could be improved. The staff interaction was not as courteous as expected. The bathroom door did not close smoothly, and the shower curtain was missing when we entered the room. Although the front desk provided a curtain, no one installed it initially, and we had to follow up before the manager came to fix it.
Netflix also would not load despite the internet and cable TV working. Multiple attempts were made to troubleshoot, but the issue remained unresolved. We were told to contact IT support ourselves, and when we requested an alternate room (as we were staying in due to heavy rain and had children with us), we were informed the hotel was fully booked.
Unfortunately, the Netflix issue was never resolved, and it impacted our stay. Overall, improvements in room readiness, responsiveness, and staff communication would enhance the guest experience.
