Very very clean , spacious room and well kept, everything looked fairly new or newly refreshed, painted etc. Plenty of parking. Pleasant staff. Ate at Sharon’s in Hurley, just 1.6 miles (lovely spacious coffee shop with breakfasts. Also visited the Stormy Kroger factory store.

Highly recommend!
This is the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. The furnishings were dated, but in amazingly perfect condition. Room was large, beds very comfortable, large bathroom. Sink in the bathroom and in the main room. Parked directly in from of the first floor room. We were extremely happy with this motel and would highly recommend.

Upon first glance I dismissed this property, but was swayed back by the low cost & high reviews. So glad we gave it a chance - this was a great property that is meticulously maintained. Great retro Hotel
We had the pleasure of staying with the Cedars Hotel in Ironwood Michigan. The room was clean, comfortable and nice sized. We enjoyed the retro fixtures of blue and red. The decorating was a reminder of a past relaxing era, while being well kept. We highly recommended this Hotel. Wish i had snapped a few photos.

My husband and I really enjoyed our one night stay! As all the reviews I read promised, this place was an exceptional "retro" decorated space. Most importantly it was very clean.We picked up dinner and ate in the room as there was a table for two. My husband lit the propane fire pit and we sat out on the comfie outdoor furniture and talked, relaxed and laughed! Five stars for our stay! We highly recommend it.
