Excellent hotel with lovely staff and a fantastic room with a beautiful room. The only problem was a loose bathplug mechanism that made filling the bath a long and troublesome event.

Despite its age the hotel has been kept clean, tidy and comfortable. The service is generally good. The location of the hotel is ideal if you are working in the Eastern district of Beijing.

Good infrastructure, pretty old though breakfast and service were disappointing. you can tell that the management is hands-on

Cleanliness and old furniture, bad location

Concierge was awesome.

Needs updates. Clean but falling apart. Cracks in tiles. Bathroom is under par. Broken furniture pieces.

Staffs are very kind and make me comfort. Restaurant and location is also good. But there was drain problem at shower tub. Kind of disgusting.

Very old and dated hotel, terrible service. Hotel staff were extremely rude, service always felt like you owe them a million bucks. Better off spending your money elsewhere.
