O hotel é muito movimentado. Fui jantar restaurante um dia as 21h querendo relaxar, mas foi impossível. Estava cheio e pra completar ainda havia uma banda ao vivo no lobby. A comida demorou 50min para chegar. Ao menos no quarto havia silencio.

Melhorias já!

O hotel precisa melhorar o café da manhã. Frequento há vários anos e continua praticamente a mesma coisa. Os pães são ruins, bolo .. etc. Não há cuidado em prestar um bom serviço. Vi o self-service Service e não tive coragem para me servir. Desleixo no cuidado com a apresentação da refeição.

Apto precário!

Já fico no Ibis Morumbi há muito tempo, porém desta vez fiquei surpreso com a falta de manutenção do apto. Porta do banheiro deteriorada pela ação da água, pintura feia, forro de PVC do banheiro curvado, ameaçando cair e limpeza podendo melhorar, principalmente no painel atrás da cama e no armário. Muita poeira. Senti a garganta incomodando e acredito que a limpeza do condicionador de ar também não está sendo realizada com a frequência devida. Senti o apto surrado demais. O atendimento foi bom, café da manhã muito bom e a localização é o ponto mais forte.

Muito bom

O hotel é muito bom, com ótima estrutura e localização. Gostei bastante do quarto, tudo estava limpo, organizado e confortável. O café da manhã também é excelente. No geral, minha experiência foi bastante agradável. A única ressalva foi no momento do check-in: a primeira atendente que me recebeu não parecia conhecer bem a política do hotel, o que gerou um pouco de estresse e espera desnecessária. Mais tarde, ao falar com outra recepcionista, fui atendida de forma excelente. Ela foi simpática, atenciosa, esclareceu minhas dúvidas e ainda liberou o check-in antecipado como cortesia, o que fez toda a diferença. De resto, foi tudo ótimo e recomendo a hospedagem.

Ninguém suporta o mofo do carpete do corredor

O carpete do corredor estava com um forte cheiro de mofo, que me causou alergia e mal-estar. O hotel em si é muito bom, porém o carpete do corredor, infestado de mofo, é insuportável. É preciso melhorar isso.

Falta budget para o Ibis

Tirando a localização excelente, todo o resto da experiência foi ruim. Fiz o check-in online e mesmo assim ainda fiquei um tempão até subir pro quarto. Qualidade do quarto bem abaixo do desejável: piso e rodapés descascando, nenhum utensílio para tomar água ou colocar o sabonete da pia. Cama com percevejos (e me encheram de picadas). Vaso sanitário sujo de urina (precisei pedir para limpar com menos de 10 minutos que estava no quarto). Triste que a experiência tenha sido ruim, pois o lugar é ótimo para ficar quando se vai a shows.

Suite bem judiada, velha. , banheiro então é medonho. Chuveiro , espelho.. enfim tudo muito velho . O íbis bud que fica ao ao lado é mais barato e bem melhor.

The parking is horrible. Second time I had a bad experience. Last time I was the one asking for my car first and they took one hour to get it, 5 people got it before me. They kept going back and forth between ibis and ibis budget, looked like they are always understaffed. Ibis says the parking is independent, but is in the hotel’s property. They should really think about changing the parking lot company or ask them to to a better job with customer service. This time, July 2025, when I arrived at the parking, I was asked if I was staying at the hotel and how many days. After that they asked me if I wanted to pay all the parking fees in advance, and I said yes. Then, for the next 7 days I would just get a ticket when dropping of my car and just give them that ticket to get the car back. I don’t know what the heck happened but they wanted me to pay more. Saying that I didn’t pay in advance. At first I couldn’t find the receipt, since I was coming and going and they never asked for it. They said either I would pay more or I wouldn’t get the car. I asked for the manager and I was told there was no manager there at the time. Finally I found the receipt and they got the car. But of course that took about one hour and a half!!!
