Staff were great and super helpful. Even texting us with important information we needed a heads up on about protests in the city. Older hotel but still very nice. Location was perfect. Walls were pretty thin as we could hear neighbors next to us. Nonetheless, this was a great hotel for the price and I’d stay again!

Hotellet har perfekt beliggenhed i den gamle bydel og det trækker rigtig meget op. Den afbildede morgenmad serveres ikke mere , hårtørreren virkede ikke, nescafe og snacks-bakken blev ikke fyldt op igen . Små detaljer som kunne være bedre

Really nice place, good and centric to walk the city. The only thing was the bell to enter the building (if you don’t have a key) people kept on ringing it all the time, staff should emphasize this to guests as they woke us up throughout the nights, when we needed a good rest.

Communication with staff was great, we had to check ourselves in since our airplane arrived late and we were left clear instructions. Air conditioning was working very well, room was nice, but it was very noisy and you could very clearly hear your neighbors conversations.

This isn't a typical hotel type situation. No desk to check in at. But the staff are nearby and come and meet you quickly upon check-in and are easy to contact using What's App. The rooms are very clean with all the amenities. The location is very central to Rome with a lot of small shops within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

**Great Location with a Few Areas for Improvement** Overall, we had a comfortable stay at this property, and the location was definitely one of its biggest advantages! The check-in instructions were excellent, and accessing the property was seamless. Interestingly, we never encountered a staff member in person during our entire stay, so it was a completely self-service experience. The property is located in Rome’s Jewish Ghetto, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within easy walking distance. We even walked to the Colosseum, which took about 25–30 minutes and allowed us to enjoy some wonderful sights along the way. The location made exploring Rome very convenient, and we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. There were just a few things that could have made the experience better. I felt the overall cleanliness could use a little improvement, as the bottoms of my white socks were nearly black after walking across the floor a couple of times. Our room also had a round bed with square sheets, which meant the sheets repeatedly slipped off the mattress—not the most comfortable experience! Additionally, there was no microwave available in the reception area, which would have been helpful for reheating leftovers. That said, the property was comfortable enough for our needs, and its location was a real plus. With a little more attention to housekeeping and a few practical details, the stay could have been even better. Would I stay here again? I would probably

On the positive size the location is excellent, bed and pillow are quite comfrotable,AC works well and the room is clean. On the negative side, shower floor is quite slippery, no shelf in the shower to hold soap or shampoo, no suitcase valet to sert up your suitcase and entrance and walk up the stairs is really bad. On top of that, there is not a suite as their name suggests

If you want to stay close to the Jewish Ghetto, this hotel is a great option. The rooms are confortable. There is not an reception per se, a person came to clean the rooms for a few hours, you need to use different key and codes to enter your room. The building is not in the best condition
