Lovely little homestay with inviting pool ran by a lovely family. At breakfast you were given a fruit plate while they freshly cooked your order from the menu.They did my laundry, really good price, booked trips and return trip to Hanoi and provided water and snacks for journey. There are lots of bikes and mopeds to hire if needed. I would definitely recommend this Homestay if you're in Tam Coc.

Had an amazing stay at Lys Homestay. Excellent service and they were very helpful. We rented bikes from Lys one day to explore the area, very beautiful scenery. We also rented scooters one day to explore Ninh Binh even more. They also helped us with transport to Hanoi airport. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Lys while exploring Tam Coc and the surrounding area. Ly and her family were so welcoming and helpful! The room was clean and spacious. The location was quiet, but you won’t miss out as it’s only a short walk to all of the restaurants and bars (also recommend Family Restaurant for food). Would stay again if we go back to Tam Coc :)

So many positives - the owner genuinely wanted to help us, the rooms were large, clean and quiet with high quality furnishings, breakfasts were delicious and the location perfect, far enough from the noise, but just a few mins walk from everything. Only comment is that their rental bikes needed maintenance. Highly recommended!

Clean, comfortable, close to all the shops and travel booking businesses. The bus from hoi an will drop you off within a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast is included and cooked per order and is delicious. Bicycle and moterbike rental on property and Ly was a great resource for trip itineraries. Highly recommended!
