A pia do banheiro tinha pelos de outro hóspede. A fronha suja e fedendo não haviam trocado. Um bicho morto no chão ou seja o quarto não teve nenhum preparo e cuidado... A porta com teia de aranha. A estadia em si foi boa, tendo em vista que o hotel fica muito distante do Centro do Capivari, e infelizmente no quarto haviam várias tomadas, porém somente uma estava funcionando, e como fui com a família dificultou muito nossa estadia, também haviam dias tvs, porém uma não estava funcionando por conta das tomadas ruins, cheguei a passar para a recepção, mas nada foi resolvido.

Uma delicia de lugar, viajei para um evento, o auditório fica praticamente na mesma rua o que facilitou bastante, a pousada é uma graça, super aconchegante, a recepção foi ótima, ainda precisei incluir uma hospedagem para pet, entrei em contato e fui prontamente atendida, quarto, cama, chuveiro quentinho e ainda tem área de jogos, piscina. Para curtir uma Campos do Jordão mais tranquila.

O hotel ficava afastado do centro e com estrada de terra que estava em boas condições. Para quem não tem carro, fica longe. Para quem tem, dá a oportunidade de contato com a natureza. Fomos muito bem atendidos. O quarto tinha bom tamanho para 3 pessoas, assim como o banho. Bom café da manhã manhã. Ponto negativo é o chuveiro, que precisa de ser bem mais potente no período de inverno. Tinha que abrir bem pouco para a água ficar quente e mesmo assim não esquentava de forma intensa.
