Hotel was very dirty and old, beds were hard as rocks. Staff was good overall and the food at the restaurant by the pool was good despite the limited menu. The food for breakfast and dinner was not very good. The pool and beach area were good though, our son had lots of fun at during our stay. I will not stay here again.

The service was very bad, just to check in it took 3 hours, the rooms and restaurants was very dirty. The air conditioning was broken. 1- My booking was for 2 rooms, each with double bed , what we got on each room 2 single beds. 2- The booking was for rooms with pool view, what we have got ocean view as they do not have empty rooms with pool view. Finally, called Expedia call center to complain and the call went for more than 15 minutets without any action and the person who answered my call told me that, we will call the hotel and call you back. Hôtel qui mérite une rénovation, il semble figé 20 ans en arrière. Nous avons eu une chambre avec un rideau de douche sale et un toilette qui fuyait. La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer. À l'arrivé, ils n'avaient pas notre réservation, nous avons du patienter 30 minutes... Parking toujours complet, il faut se garer sur un parking en face de l'hôtel. Mauvais rapport qualité prix, très cher pour la prestation. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel.

J’ai été déçu les photos sur le site sont magnifiques mais en arrivant dans l’hôtel déception les couloirs sales les vitres sales des matelas et lits bébé dans les couloirs pas de frigo dans la chambre le buffet du midi cher60 dinar par personne et peu goûteux j’ai fait une réservation hammam et massage la personne qui m’a fait le gommage je la retrouve le lendemain a nettoyé ma chambre donc cela n’est pas des esthéticiennes qui sont au spa,le linge de lits très anciens, produits d’accueil limité à 2 savonnettes pour trois personnes pas de gel douche ni shampooing Petit déjeuner varié goûteux vue magnifique sur tabarka et on est à proximité de la plage l’hôtel ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles
