Colocaram um quarto com oferta de preço pra casal, porém, não havia nem frigobar no quarto. Uma economia que só queima a reputação do hotel. O boiler não suporta os chuveiros, resultado, água fria no mês de julho. Só havia uma toalha, economia que só queima a reputação do hotel. As vagas de garagem foram desenhadas pra FIAT MOBI ou moto. Um USV ou camionete sofrem. Novamente economia que só queima a reputação do hotel. No mais, está ótimo! Sugiro que aumentem o preço mas ofereçam o melhor.

Pela nomenclatura "Executivo", acredito que a falta do frigobar que não é inclusa nesse tipo de quarto, deixou muito a desejar, além do ar condicionado que está demorando muito para resfriar o ambiente.

O hotel é razoável. O café da manhã poderia começar mais cedo, começa às 06:30. A toalha de banho estava rasgada e o lençol também. O atendente é meio mal humorado. A localização é muito boa poderiam dar um trato melhor.

Apesar da estadia curta, pude perceber que hotel é limpo e organizado, apesar de ficar na beira da estrada é silencioso tudo muito bom, a ressalva fica apenas para o café da manhã que apesar das variedades tinha pão de queijo murcho e poucas frutas mas ainda o restante estava saboroso.

Quarto chamado executivo, mas não confere. Sem uma luz junto à cama! Um lençol e cobre leito apenas… armário sem portas, abre-se a janela para ver um terreno do lado com caçambas de lixo… ar condicionado não apaga a luz… não deu para dormir bem…

A pior experiência que já tive…

O sistema de aquecimento não presta. Cheguei para me hospedar tarde e quando fui tomar banho a água era praticamente fria, não tinha água quente. Fui falar com a Recepcao que me pediram 10 minutos para resolver o problema. Após 30 minutos eu liguei e disseram que era para esperar mais um tempinho que já teria água quente. Esperei mais 30 minutos e o problema não foi resolvido. Nesta altura já eram mais de 23:00hs e não havia tempo hábil para trocar de hotel. Fui obrigado a dormir sem tomar banho , cansado, após dirigir por mais de 12 horas. Se não bastasse, o edredom estava sujo, e cheirava suor, tive que solicitar a troca. O box do banheiro também estava sujo e sequer haviam sabonete ou shampoo disponível no banheiro, enfim, a pior experiência que já tive em hotéis. Como não havia condições de ficar ali, acordei pela manhã e antecipei a minha saída. Tentei falar com a gerência, mas sem sucesso e fui embora antes de tomar café. Tinha realizado reserva para duas diárias , fiquei apenas uma noite, paguei apenas 2 diárias integralmente (uma de cada quarto) referente aos dois quartos que reservei e fui embora. Sequer um pedido de desculpas ou abatimento eu recebi. Fui pesquisar mais sobre o hotel e vi que este problema da água é recorrente com pessoas que já se hospedaram ali. Escutei outras pessoas reclamando do mesmo problema na recepção. NÃO RECOMENDO! Se vc gosta de um banho quente, não conte com a sorte se hospedando lá.
