Good for a short stay in Taiping. A lot of food options nearby and just a few blocks from the big park, which is a real nice place to hang out and enjoy the day. Not much going on at the hotel, but, like I said, the room was absolutely adequate for a short stay.

4/10 Aceptable

When I first entered the room, the air conditioner was extremely noisy and made a water-dripping sound. After I reported it to the staff, they successfully helped me change rooms. The new room is quite spacious, but the bathroom looked uncleaned—there were urine stains still on the toilet seat, and the toilet paper didn't have the standard folded triangle tip. Due to being close to the main road and a mosque, my sleep was interrupted three times during the night: twice by trucks and honking, and the last time by the morning broadcast from the mosque.

We stayed in the Legend Suite as it was the only large room available for our last-minute stay (the Family Room was fully booked). The room was spacious, clean and neat. The shower water pressure was excellent. We chose this hotel because it offers an EV charging station, which is very important to us as we are driving an EV. However, both TV channel (2 TVs in the room) coverage is extremely poor. Not a single channel was watchable, making our nights in the room very frustrating due to the lack of entertainment. This issue was also mentioned in my previous review, but unfortunately, there has been no improvement. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and with proper improvement to the TV channels, this hotel would be very close to being perfect.

A Satisfying Stay

We stayed in the junior suite and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was — two king-size beds at a very affordable price. Overall, it was a satisfying stay for a 3-star hotel. There are few areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience: 1. The mattresses were not very comfortable and could use an upgrade. 2. Some of the furniture is a little dated — a refresh would go a long way. 3. The TV channel selection and reception were quite limited. 4. The telephone in our room wasn’t working, so we had to go to the reception for assistance. Despite these minor issues, the service and staff were excellent — friendly, helpful, and responsive. Wishing Legend Inn continued success and hope to see some improvements on our next visit!

Bilik bersih, luas dan selesa. Katil besar. 2 king. Parking pun senang. Dekat dgn bank, masjid, kedai mkn. Sedikit delay menyiapkan bilik utk check in. Overall, recommended.

The hotel is considered clean. Except for quite a bad exercise during checked-in, overall was okay. Check-out process took a bit of a time. I believe the staff are not being given proper and adequate training on hospitality services.

The property is located in town area but the condition is rather bad. Don't be deceived by the clean reception area. When we checked into our room, there was already water flowing in the toilet as if someone was just there moments before we unlocked the door. Had to walk down to get the staff to check it as it continued to flow. There were toothpaste stain on the wall (maybe it's a petty thing for others). If you are looking to get a decent 8 hours of sleep before you continue your journey or start your day then please know the mattress here are bad. They are worn! Noises from the hallway can be heard too. So we shortened out stay!

A Pleasant Stay

A very pleasant stay we had. With its location that is near the hawker center with good food. Very convenient. The only complaint I have would be the snowy tv with just basic channels.

Hotel near town centre

Great hotel with central location to nearby food places. Huge room and everything works. Parking is free and WiFi is acceptable
