when call for confirmation, the staff just told me room all have to cancel, only call to Expedia the problem solve. the day when i checkin, they staff there told us the family room we booked is not available. so, them will give us two small room, i not accept is because we go baby with us, how to seperate the room. finally they arrange a small room with three single beds room. the beds dirty. i am so upset and without any notification.
