This property is not what anyone would expect. We arrived at 8:45 pm, no other people were there, the lady on phone who said her name was kamle told me they were upgrading our suite. Our suite wss in a shed, fire place was electric portable model with no remote to turn it on. The tv was hooked to a satellite reciever that didn't work, had error message 775 to go on internet. Guess what the advertised free wifi didn't work either. The jacuzzi tub looked nice but i was told that if you used tub you would have to wait for water heater to catch up before you could take a shower. We tried to reach the front desk on the emergency number printed on the info page in the room, no one answered. The base board heat worked but wasn't turned on room was 40 degrees inside. Pictures that were on website definitely weren't of the suite or surroundings of this property. After we complained to Expedia we put our luggage back in car and found other accommodations. If this was Halloween this would have been great. Reminded me of Texas chainsaw massacre, I do not recommend this property to anyone.
