I cannot fault the building and amenities. All very modern and to a high standard. Roof top pool and bar breathtaking, with great service at both pool bars. Breakfast very good and well organised. Hotel was clean, but some details missed in the room, eg dust under bed, streak on mirror, dirty cups. What really let this place down was the service at reception. Incredibly slow meaning queues quickly build up and when we had an issue on arrival that the 3rd bed was not made up and no towels, it took us going down to them 4 times to get this sorted. In the end, they just gave us the sheets and towels and we had to do it ourselves. For a short stay, unfortunately this was a noticeable let down, despite the hotel being fantastic over wise.
