O hotel é muito bom! Boa estrutura! Cafe da manhã farto e muito gostoso. Os funcionarios sao bem prestativos. Destaco o Sr. Hebert, um rapaz extremamente atencioso e que foi super bacana com meu filho. Não é longe do centro, mas a subida é ingrime. Como estava de carro, não fez diferença para mim. A equipe de limpeza é otima tambem. Tem um bom espaço aberto com casinha para diversao das criancas. So achei ruim que o box do banheiro nao é fechado e molhava muito fora. No mais, tudo muito bom!

A pousada fica em ótima localização, muito limpo e organizado. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Contudo, o café servido no café da manhã estava com gosto de queimado...a chapada tem café muito bons,poderia servir um regional. A pousada não tem secador no quarto, eles tem aprnas dois secadores na recepção, os quais tem baixa potencia e demoram de secar o cabelo, mas o hóspede tem apenas 01h para secar... No final do dia poderia ser servido um café/chá com os bolos que não foram finalizados no café da manhã, é uma maneira de agradar os hóspedes, não desperdiçar alimento e confraternizar.
