Hotel was fantastic! Was gracious enough for early checkin , I flew in the morning and was completely jet legged. Hotel was very clean, modern, I really have nothing negative to say about it . A little hospitality and kindness goes a long way

When we arrived to check in, 5 minutes early...we were greeted by three employees at the front desk. The woman who appeared to be in charge told us "we need a moment, please go sit on the red sofa." There was no "hello" no "we will be with you in just a moment" but rather...we are too busy to help you, you are here five, yes five minutes early...go sit on the couch and wait. It was a rude arrival to our accommodations and left a bad flavor for our time in your hotel. A little hospitality training would be advised for this employee. The young woman that checked us in couldn't have been friendlier. The manager didn't even say hello.

Der Empfang war wie jedes Mal überaus freundlich. Die Zimmer sind immer sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Restaurant hat immer ein sehr leckeres Frühstück und auch die sonstigen Speisenangebote am Abend sind sehr empfehlenswert. Wellness habe ich noch nie ausprobiert, aber das angehängte Sportcenter ist super für eine Runde Minigolf oder Bowling, wenn man mal mit einem Kollegen unterwegs ist. Eines meiner Lieblingshotels, seit ich geschäftlich häufiger unterwegs bin.

Freundlicher Empfang. Das Zimmer jedoch war feucht und viel zu heiss, man hat das Gefühl man ist in den Tropen wenn man eintretet... Die Kleider wurden auch feucht und hatten einen muffigen Geruch. Dann zahlt man extra jeden Tag für den Hund und der Putzdienst wechselt einem nicht einmal die Bettwäsche, sorry das geht gar nicht...
