Very good location and safe area for tourists. The only thing I thought it was slightly odd was that the person in charge of the apartment goes to pick up the trash from the apartment daily and might go inside the apartment when you’re not there. It was just perfect, I was right there where downtown heart is, very secure area, I just loved the building, it has swimming pool, Gym, its clean and safe, and the best was the Host services, they are very professional Miss Odra and all her team, were just great I asked for coffe and water and they were very kind and helpful, I felt like home & very welcomed. I am happy, I did my job, did some shopping, and I had a tour to Cholula, by the way all meeting points were walking distance, from building. Thank you very much

The staff is good. The builder has several hundreds of apts individually owned. All kinds of people were in and out. So there is no sense of security. The apt itself is also in poor condition. Worn floors throughout. Bathrooms are also in poor condition and smells terribly. Everywhere you look is outdated and needs repairs. One of the “window panels” almost detached from the frame and can fall any time. Not worth half what we paid for. The pictures on the website are deceiving.
