We drove by the actual site twice, because we really didn't expect to find it in the area we were in. The island has been so devastated by the recent storms, it was difficult to tell which places were habitable. But the people were absolutely so welcoming, so kind, and so gracious, it was a once in a lifetime experience that I'm so grateful for! The room is so comfortable, the breakfast was so perfect, I wish we could have stayed longer. If you are looking for a resort, this is not it. But if you want to stay with the local people, and escape the resorts (which are pretty much shuttered), this is a wonderful place. They will always be in my heart!
