We booked , paid in advance with our credit card but when we got there , the front desk told us there was no such reservation. There were plenty of rooms available, he had to pay twice as much to stay there. We were on the chat line with Super.com for quite sometime, I think they reached out to the hotel but, the manager would not try anything in our favor besides telling us to pay if we must stay there. So we did, price was twice as much as when we booked online. The that was given to us was noisy, we could hear doors closing and opening when in use. The noise from the bathrooms from around us were loud as if they were sharing with us. We were stranded, had no choice. I will never go back there again. Manager was rude and the hotel was rundown. Bugs everywhere in the room and we smelled the insect repellent that they use. Terrible experience, we had to pay for 3 nights but we forfeited 2 nights, we only stayed there one night and found different hotel about a mile from there, we moved to different hotel the next day. We asked if wr can get the Refund of the 2 nights we hadn’t used, just as I thought, you paid you don’t use it, you lose it!!! So, if anyone wants to go there, just be careful!!!
