Money stolen from room by hotel employee

We stayed for 2 nights in July and on the second day and employee went into our room and stole 300 Euros from a bag in our suitcase. I reported it and got no help from the front desk staff, not even a sympathetic ear! Went to the airport police office and filed a report. I would never stay here again!

Check in Process was easy and the staff were very helpful. Conveniently located close to the airport . By car it takes about 3 min. Parking P12 is exactly opposite to this hotel. Parking charges were 20 chf for 24 hrs . Rooms are small but good for a family . They were neat and clean .

The place was extremely clean. Except for one young man at the check in counter, every other employee I talked with was helpful and courteous. The shower head was spraying from a place it shouldn't have been spraying from. Not even a cup of courtesy coffee was offered. This was pretty bare bones.

No frills hotel if you can find it.It's close to the airport / train one stop from Geneva. Clean. 24/7 checkin. Beds could be better, mine was layed through. Location is good but signage to the hotel was not Directions were confusing. I had less trouble finding a hotel in Seoul. It's an 8 min walk from the airport. You actually have to cross the highway on a skybridge to get to it. Overall rating 3.

Clean and convenient at the Aéroport, walking

1.7.25- HIGHLY RECOMMEND- walk to the airport/apt. train station/central bus depot or take a bus located 25m from door (if it is raining!!) We flew in/out of GVA and this hotel was beyond wonderful to assist us with the early departure in the morning. The day before our arrival they sent a public transport pass, but we were not able to make complete use of it, as it included the WATER TAXIS for Lake Geneva. We did ride a tram and a train with the local passes. Very convenient. We ate in town at Cafe de Paris, unchanged since 1930. Reception was very friendly and accommodating. There was breakfast offered but we had to rush out and could not partake. Highly Recommend for a stay when you have to fly in and out of Palexpo, looking forward to staying again next visit.

J'ai apprécié le prêt et la disponibilité des fers et une mini table à repasser. Merci également pour l'adaptateur électrique que je n'avais pas prévu ni ne savais nécessaire pour la Suisse. (Venant de France) La chambre était propre. J'ai donc passé un bon séjour.
