⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A True Experience of Excellence
My trip to Excellence Oyster Bay started off a little bumpy, but thanks to the outstanding staff, it quickly became phenomenal. Raquel was the heart of it all checking on me and our group of 50 guests daily for 8 days to ensure every detail was perfect. Her patience, kindness, and resilience were unmatched. Because of her, we left with full hearts and beautiful memories.
Marlon was also exceptional, stepping in with professionalism and grace. Valerie from housekeeping was so kind and detailed, making my room feel like a true 5-star experience. Kesha, Melonie, and Teresa treated me like royalty, always ensuring my room had champagne, fresh fruit, and even helped with extra touches when needed.
Kimberly from the wedding team worked so hard to make the wedding flawless, and Britane from the spa gave me a spa experience I’ll never forget so peaceful and restorative. Every restaurant delivered not just amazing food, but intentional, caring service.
From check-in to farewell, Sherica, Cawayne, Raheen, and the entire valet/front desk team made everything seamless.
Excellence is more than a name here it’s a standard that lives in the people. I left feeling loved, pampered, and forever grateful. I will absolutely return.
Thank you again to Raquel.If it wasn’t for her kindness patience and resilience to make this trip phenomenal me and 50 other guest in our group may have selected a different resort but she is the true definition of Excellence!
