We haven’t stayed here for a few years and it’s not as great as it used to be. First impressions were negative - reception is hard to find, it’s only “open” 3-6pm and even then you have to press a buzzer to get in (which is not always answered), the reception seemed to be a meeting point for the cleaners to chat at which is not very professional and the lady who checked us in didn’t really seem to know what she was doing - she gave us the key but didn’t tell us the room number, she gave us a discount code for the parking which didn’t work and the directions she gave us to find the building for our apartment were incorrect. We booked the apartment 4 months ago and were disappointed to be given an accessible room in which the shower flooded the whole bathroom every time we used it! We weren’t even told at check in that it was that type of room! The apartment itself was fine. Nice and spacious and clean. It did lack a microwave and a bedside lamp and for some reason all the utensils were hidden in a drawer below the oven? The mirror in the hall also needs to be lower a little as it’s useless so high.
