Good location and parking. Rooms on backside face open field and distant ocean. The nearby lighthouse sounds like a cell phone going off all night. Pillows, mattresses and bedding could use a refurbish. Actually rooms are pretty 70s all around, but are a generous large size, and come with mini fridge and microwave. I depended on the bath tub to soak aching joints after long days of hiking, so I pray when it finally does get a remodel, they don't take it out and replace with a shower, which is all the rage these days, to my horror (maybe baths are a British thing). Coffee/tea station had a modern handy machine for custom making hot drinks. Breakfast provided was typical motel spread.
