Her şey güzeldi fakat Suit odanın balkon kapısındaki sineklik ve duşun kapısındaki sürgüler bozuktu elle düzeltmek zorunda kaldım. Ek olarak gerek adadaki rüzgar gerek de alt yapı sebebiyle banyodan çok kötü kokular geldi. Giderle alakalı çözümlerle bu sorun aşılabilir. Saat 22:00'a kadar müzik vardı. Her ne kadar yüksek sesle olmasa da odaya kadar gelebiliyor. Onun dışında bir problem göremedim teşekkürler.

Genel olarak Sergüzeşt Otel fiyat-performans açısından başarılı bir tercih. Rezervasyon yaptığımız odanın küçük olması nedeniyle cüzi bir farkla upgrade yaptık, bu süreçte yardımcı olan Sonya Hanım’a teşekkür ederiz. Kahvaltısı ve konumu oldukça iyiydi. Ancak günlük oda temizliğinin talep üzerine yapıldığını önceden bilmiyorduk ve bu konuda bilgilendirme yapılması iyi olurdu. Ayrıca odada “complimentary water” ibaresi bulunmasına rağmen 1,5 litrelik suyun ücretli olduğu belirtilmedi. Hatta WhatsApp’tan minibar menüsünü istememize rağmen ek ücret olduğunu ancak çıkışta öğrendik. Bu konuda daha şeffaf bir bilgilendirme yapılması misafir memnuniyetini artıracaktır. Bunun dışında keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik, özellikle kahvaltı ve konumdan memnun kaldık.
