When I entered room there were still wet stains on the couch, looked like someone had peed on it. Door lock didn't seem to work. Did not feel safe.

Not the greatest place I've stayed.

Prisvärt, men inte så hög standard. Men man kan inte förvänta sig så hög standard för detta pris i centrala Perth. Gångavstånd till downtown.

It was somewhat convenient to the arena and the operator was friendly however the property itself was quite horrendous and I will not return nor recommend

This was the most awful place I have stepped foot in. Graffiti all over the building, more rubbish in the corridor than at the tip. Drunk people everywhere. Went to reception and was asked to payID the bond?Walked in and turned around and found somewhere else to stay. I do not recommend this place.

Nowhere in the booking process or on the “ payable at properly “ does it mention an additional $300 charge. Reception area felt dirty, staff were rude.

Clean room but very worn out. Needs tlc. Old fan in one bedroom oom that is very noisy, no fan in the other room. Decor could do with a repaint and the bathroom tiles need renewing. Not bad for an emergency stay though. Staff were very welcoming and Eddie couldn't do enough to help.

Eddie made our stay in Perth something special after our nightmare at our previous hotel. My wife has very bad anxiety but Eddie and his staff at the Perth City Apartment Hotel went above and beyond to make her comfortable. Thank you Eddie
