The room and shared bathroom was very clean and looked recently renovated. The mattress was comfortable but BYO pillow as the pillows were very flat. Only one power point in the opposite corner of the bed - staff helpfully provided an extension cable. No bedside table. Clothes rack and sink in room. No air conditioning but thankfully the ceiling fan was sufficient that night. No tea/coffee making facilities. Noise from the pub was not an issue on a school night but some noise from the street and traffic lights. Rooms 4,5,6,7 and 8 are directly opposite to the shared bathrooms so get more noise from there. Convenient location close to the hospital.

The staff was helpful and friendly, but the photo looks better than what you see when you turn up. You get what it says, ordinary room, shared bathroom, toilet at a good price. There's no parking here next to the football club, so don't bring your caravan.
