This hotel is a 3 star, not 4. Rooms are just ok but they only cleaned them when we complained. Had to change rooms because of strong smell coming from the toilet but maintenance did not see anything wrong! They NEVER answer the phone and we couldn’t cancel because hotels.com did not manage to reach them either. The pool would be cozy but with more than 3 people is already crowded. You have to pay to leave your luggage - never experienced that before. All in all not a nice experience at all

The room lacked amenities. I believe the room could have a coffee/tea percolator and a microwave. A basic requirement is that water is charged for when there is no notice that the client is being charged for water placed in the refrigerator.

Our room had a cockroach issue for which we were moved to a different room. The second room had a leaking AC which made our suitcases wet and had a leaking bidet which dirtied our washroom floor. The front desk staff are very rude with the exception of one or two members. We had a missing outfit & personal towel that was taken by a housekeeper and the staff gave us runaround for three days until we finally put our foots down and they returned the items to us. Not sure how this hotel has 4 stars - we will never stay here again.

I had a terrible experience at RRPH. My two week stay began Sunday Dec 21, 2025. During my two week stay I went to the front desk to extend my stay one additional day. I spoke to the same staff member at the front desk on two separate occasions he assured me extending my stay one additional day would be no problem he quoted me the price of $55 or $75 dollars. Sunday January 4, 2026 I received a phone call from the front desk indicating I have over stayed my time at the hotel and there was no record of extending my stay an additional day. I was told the hotel is booked my room is needed and I must leave the room immediately. I requested to speak with the manager. I was told there was no manager on duty. I received no apology nor compensation. I look forward to hearing from Expedia and RRPH. I hope no other guest in the future experience what I did. Thank you
