To start, we did not have the break-in issues that many other reviewers encountered. We made sure that all of the house windows and doors were locked and it was fine. The house that we rented apparently did not have a pool heater and brrrr...but who really knows because when I called Balmoral ahead of our trip, they were of zero help. This type of service extended to the onsite concierge and bar staff. Horrible service...absolutely horrible, yes you bar lady. Waterpark-closed, no business center, pool area- run down and filthy...hot tub water was yellow, no locked gate access after hours.
The house fit our family fine. Like other reviews, kitchen ammenities are lacking. Wait until you try the can opener, you will hate your life.
It was wonderful having laundry in the unit, and a full sized kitchen.
