I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beach resort and overall, it was a good experience. The facilities and services were pretty good.
However, I did want to share some feedback regarding the room we were assigned. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a beach view room, which was a bit disappointing as we had expected one. When making the reservation, we didn’t see an option to specifically book a beach view room, and it wasn’t clear whether this was guaranteed or subject to availability. Had this been clarified during the booking process, we would have made a more informed decision.
I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the booking experience for future guests. Perhaps adding clear options for room types or providing additional details during the reservation process would help avoid confusion.
