Our stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. The room we were given was nothing like what was shown in the pictures. It was filthy, smelled bad, and the air quality was terrible due to poor ventilation. What’s worse, the hotel advertises that the rooms were newly renovated in 2024, but it’s clear the renovations were poorly done—if they were even done at all.
To make matters worse, the room was extremely bright. The curtains were far too short, letting in a lot of light, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, despite the hotel advertising that the rooms were soundproof, this was not true.
When we asked for a refund, the staff outright refused and didn’t offer any real solution. They wouldn’t even let us cancel the booking with a fee. After insisting, we were moved to another room, but it was just as bad. The room was still dirty, and the pillows and towels had stains on them, which was completely unacceptable. The website also stated that water was included, but we never received any.
On top of everything, the staff’s attitude was appalling. After we complained, some employees stopped greeting us, making us feel unwelcome. One day, when we asked for a new key to our room, one of the staff members rudely replied, "What is the problem now?" This level of unprofessionalism was shocking.
We had a terrible experience from start to finish, and I would never stay here again. The hotel needs serious improvements both in cleanliness and customer service.
