The apartment was just as advertised, however the property could do with a little more TLC here and there. The TV did not work, the balcony had significant weed issues and wasn't swept, plus a drain which exits onto the balcony had left a build up of soil/debris. The door onto the balcony on the left did not lock either, however as were 4 floors up, this was not a concern. These were relatively minor issues and can be fixed quickly. Overally a very good stay and hugely convenient for Broad Street & Brindley Place.

Comfortable stay in centre of Birmingham

Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance.

Thoroughly recommended, great apartment.

The apartment was clean, well appointed, comfortable and in a fantastic location with the address bonus of outside space on its roomy balcony. Only a few minutes walk from a tram stop and very close to the canal district with all of its bars and restaurants. The keys need to be collected from and dropped back off to a shop 5 minutes walk away, so that was no hassle. The owner was very responsive and incredibly helpful with all of my queries and requests. We couldn't have asked for better.

Good apartment, but key location not convenient

The apartment is nice, but you have to go to a shop to collect the keys which is a 15 minute walk round trip with your luggage to get them and then return them at the end of the stay. I am sure a more local solution could be found. Apartment was fairly clean, but some big cobwebs e.g. near the plant in the lounge. They could do with looking at how much crockery and glass wear they have as it is certainly not 6 of everything, glasses particularly. We had to go find the bedding for the sofa beds and make them up, even though they knew we needed them, it would have been better had they have made up the duvet and covers and left them on one of the beds with sheets, pillows, towels etc. The apartment itself is nice and conveniently located and suited our needs.

Milk was expired and my son used it the night before and didn’t know and now he has stomach pain. All the sachets are 3/4 months out of date. Not enough toilet roll for 5 people either.

No heating No hotwater on arrival - unprepared!

No reception so have to prebook when you are going to arrive. Wouldn't accommodate any changes to booking even though had availability! Feeling unwell and very cold outside arrived to unheated rooms so had to sort that - then there was no hot water so had to ring to find key to turn the boiler on! Hardly prepared for arrival. Having said that a spacious place with a balcony and gated parking in a convenient location but not for me.

Great place

We came as a family of 5 members- 3 kids. The apparent is big and well equipped. We needed couple of things and the owner was amanimgly helpful. Location wise - it's literally at the hurt of Birmingham

Night out in brum

Excellent place to stay, good location to broad street and the Barclaycard arena. Will definitely recommend this place. Will be back in the summer for a new on the terrace.
