Checked in by myself at around 1am. The hotel did not respond to me after I had messaged them a few times that I would check in after 11pm, which is when the normal check-in time ends. But they still left the key on the counter at the reception when I arrived, so everything was smooth. There was also nobody at the counter when I checked out in the morning. Stayed in Room 2, the room on the ground floor and right in front of the reception area. Some facilities were slightly old but everything was clean at a satisfactory level. Though there were occasional noises of construction outside in the evening, the overall stay was comfortable and decent given the price; the only downside is that the hotel does not respond to any email or message on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger.

We arrived in the early hours of the morning due to a cancelled flight, the staff were very accommodating so we made arrangements for a member of my family to collect the room keys. We would like to thank all of the staff concerned for their assistance and understanding.
